Pumpkin Rolls

Last year we decided to make pumpkin rolls. For anyone that has ever made them you would know what a pain in the butt they are. However, they are so good that I decided to make them again this year even though they are so much work. It was better this year because I actually had a bigger kitchen rather than just a wall. Plus, I had Steve there to help me. Thank goodness for that or else I don't know if I could have done it by myself since I made so many of them. I am just glad to say that they are all made and the huge mess is cleaned up and we have something to show for all the hours of work we put into it.
